Kichimi Seimen (Kichimi Seimen)

Shiraishi Onmen is a local specialty with a 400-year history that is gentle on the body with no oil manufacturing method. A gem that blends several carefully selected flours and stands out for the flavor of wheat aged for a long time.
A versatile dried noodles that can be tasted with warm and brothy soup, or you can enjoy arrangement recipes like sukiyaki hot noodles.

A dinner buffet where you can enjoy a variety of modern dishes that make use of local ingredients and food culture.

Triangle fried (dinner)

Definition It is popular in Monzen-cho of Nyorai Saihoji, a local gourmet that has been loved by worshipers for many years, and it is popular to roast it as it is and sprinkle soy sauce and shichimi. By frying slowly at high temperatures, the outside is savory and crispy, and the inside is tofu-like fluffy.

Breakfast

Our buffet-style breakfast includes a variety of Western and Japanese dishes, such as freshly baked breads and hearty washoku favorites.

Zunda mochi (breakfast)

It is said to have been handed down since the time of Masamune Date, and is a historical confectionery that has been widely popular in Sendai and Tohoku. Because it is modest sweetness and the umami of edamame remains firmly, it is easy to eat regardless of age or gender. Edamame is rich in protein and dietary fiber, has high nutritional value, and is pleased with health-conscious people.

Indoor bath

Our open-air hot spring, Fudo no Yu, is named after a local legend about a territorial battle between a crab and an eel. You can enjoy two outdoor onsen baths: a cypress bath with free-flowing hot spring water and an aesthetic stone bath next to it. Please enjoy the famous hot springs of Toogattaonsen to your heart's content while feeling the four seasons of Zao.
Only the open-air hinoki bath uses natural free-flowing spring water.
