The cauldron is a circular crater lake nestled on three peaks: Mt. Zao Karita, Mt. Kumano, and Mt. Goshiki. It has a mysterious atmosphere in contrast to the rough crater wall and is the best tourist attraction of Miyagi Zao. It is rare that it looks beautiful without gas, and it is lucky to see it in one shot.
